O Lord, Almighty God, who has formed us through your Spirit in the unity of faith into one, your body; you have commanded this body to praise you and give you thanks for the goodness and free gift, of having delivered over to death for our sins your only begotten Son, our Lord Jesus Christ; grant that we may, being similarly faithful, not offend the truth that cannot be deceived with any hypocrisy or deceit. Grant us also that we may live as blamelessly as befits your body, your family and children, so that even unbelievers will learn to acknowledge your name and glory. Lord, protect us, so that your name and honor may never be blasphemed because of our lives. Lord, always increase our faith, that is, our trust in you, who live and reign, God forevermore. Amen.
