So that we may now be fed with Christ, the true Bread of Heaven, let us not cleave with our hearts to the external bread and wine, but lift up our hearts into heaven, where Christ Jesus is, our Advocate at the right hand of his heavenly Father, where also the Articles of our Christian Faith point us to, not doubting, that through the working of the Holy Spirit we are fed and nourished in our souls with his body and blood, as truly as we receive the holy bread and drink in remembrance of him.
